An Act relative to charter school procurement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 2 of chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by striking out the definition of “Governmental body” and inserting in place 
3thereof the following definition:-
4 “Governmental body”, (i) a city, town, district, regional school district, county, or 
5agency, board, commission, authority, department or instrumentality of a city, town, district, 
6regional school district or county; or (ii) a charter school, as defined in section 89 of chapter 71.
