An Act relative to LIHEAP eligibility.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1F of Chapter 164 is hereby amended by inserting in subsection 4(i) the 
2following:- 
3 The department is hereby directed to calculate low-income discount eligibility using only 
4the adjusted gross income of a household if one or more of the applicants in the household 
5additionally reports profits or losses from a business.
