An Act relative to special immigrant juveniles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Subsection (d) of section 39M of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 
22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word “may” and inserting in place 
3thereof the following word:- shall.
