by allowing for the delivery of certain alcoholic beverages. Consumer Protection and

An Act extending pandemic-related relief for dining establishments.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 15 of Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2022 is amended by striking out the words “April
21, 2023” and inserting in place thereof the following words - April 1, 2024
3 Section 19 of Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2022 is amended by striking out the words “April
41, 2023” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “April 1, 2024”
