An Act relative to wildlife rehabilitators.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 58 of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by inserting after subsection 9 the 	following:
3 10. The giving of aid or care of sick, injured, debilitated and orphaned wildlife by a 
4trained wildlife rehabilitator, as permitted by the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife in 
5accordance with 321 CMR 2.13. Permitted wildlife rehabilitators shall enter into a signed 
6written agreement with a veterinarian subject to written approval by the Division of Fisheries and 
7Wildlife which shall outline the specific procedures, services, responsibilities, and limitations of 
8the wildlife rehabilitator.
