An Act relative to electric vehicles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of section 81 of chapter 179 of the acts of 2022 is hereby
2amended by striking out the figure “2035,” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-
32050.
4 SECTION 2. Section 96 of said chapter 179 is hereby amended by striking out the figure
5“2035,” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 2050.
