An Act insuring adequate minimum school aid.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 2 of Chapter 70 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the definition 
2of “Minimum aid” and inserting in place thereof the following:-
3 ''Minimum aid'', the amount of minimum state school aid available to a municipality in 
4any fiscal year shall be no less than one hundred dollars multiplied by the district foundation 
5enrollment.
