43753, 3784, 3881, 3894, 3972, 3990, 4180 and 4207, relative to extracurriculars, student 
5learning, vocational-technical education, personnel, health, school buildings, and school finance.
6 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study 
7and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such 
8recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives 
9on or before December 31, 2024.
