consumers of adult-use and medical dispensaries of cannabis with access 
to medical professionals for consultations; the petition (accompanied by 
bill, House, No. 110) of Russell E. Holmes relative to requiring informed 
consent for marijuana testing at certain health care facilities; the petition

relative to cannabis advertisements by out of state dispensaries; the

Patrick Joseph Kearney relative to billboard advertisements for cannabis; 
and the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3750) of Marcus S.  2 of 3
Vaughn relative to cannabis marketing, reports recommending that the 
accompanying order (House, No. 4695) ought to be adopted.

1 Ordered, That the committee on Cannabis Policy be authorized to sit during a recess of 
2the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 103, 107, 
3108, 109, 110, 120, 121, 124, 125, 3557, 3559, 3560 and 3750, relative to fees, advertising, host 
4communities and other related matters.
5 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study 
6and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such 
7recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives 
8on or before December 31, 2024.
