An Act eliminating the handgun prohibition while hunting.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1, Section 67 of Chapter 131 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in
2the 2020 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the section in its entirety.
3 SECTION 2. Section 70 of Chapter 131 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing
4in the 2010 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the section in its entirety.
