An Act authorizing the release of a restriction on certain parcels of land in Freetown.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department
2of conservation and recreation shall release a restriction described in a deed recorded in the
3Bristol Fall River district registry of deeds in book 1039, page 432, upon the portion of the land
4described by deeds recorded in the Bristol Fall River district registry of deeds in book 8622, page
593 and book 9987, page 122.
