An Act expanding agriculture preservation restrictions for hemp cultivation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 2 of Chapter 61A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by inserting, in line 4, after the word “tobacco” the following words:- "hemp 
3as defined in section 116 of chapter 128".
