Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 24L of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is amended by 2inserting at the end of the section, the following:- “Effective January 1, 2024, noncompetition 3agreements, as defined in this section, shall be void and unenforceable.”
