An Act to increase access to blood donation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 184B of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official
2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “federal hospitals,” the following:- an
3organization registered as a blood establishment with the federal Food and Drug Administration.
