Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 53 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, 2is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (e) the following subsection:- 3 (f) Subsection (e) shall not apply to a public utility company or other company during the 4course of an employee strike or lockout except during the period of a declared emergency by the 5governor.
