Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 253, the words “University of 3Massachusetts police” 4 SECTION 2. Section 3 of said chapter 32, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking 5out the words “chief of security for the University of Massachusetts medical school or 6supervising identification agent”, in lines 327 through 328, and inserting in place thereof the 7following words:- “University of Massachusetts, state university and community college police.”
