An Act relative to increasing the senior circuit breaker.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Paragraph (2) of subsection (k) of section 6 of said chapter 62, as so
2appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 447, the figure “750” and inserting in place
3thereof the following figure:- 1,755
