An Act relative to certain tax exemptions for non-profit educational institutions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Clause (e) of paragraph Third of section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as 
2appearing in the  2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- 
3Notwithstanding the foregoing, no more than ten parcels of property used as residences may be 
4exempt from property tax.
