An Act relative to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Every state and quasi-state agency shall establish and maintain a senior-level position
2which shall have the title of director of diversity, equity, and inclusion
