for legislation to authorize the reorientation of the parcel of land occupied by Riverside Boat 
Club of Cambridge. State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.

An Act authorizing the reorientation of the parcel of land occupied by Riverside Boat Club of 
Cambridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 The commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance, in accordance with 
2Chapter 65 of the Acts of 2010, and in consultation with the commissioner of conservation and 
3recreation, and notwithstanding Chapter 274 of the Acts of 2022, shall lease or enter into other 
4agreements with Riverside Boat Club of Cambridge, a reconfigured parcel of land of the same 
5size for the continued operation of its historical rowing program and boathouse as more 
6particularly described on a plan entitled “Plan Showing Reoriented Boundary for Riverside Boat 
7Club of Cambridge”, revised December 12, 2022, and prepared by Oak Engineers, and shall 
8include appurtenant rights of access from adjoining public roadways. The commissioner of 
9capital asset management and maintenance may make minor revisions to the plan for said parcel 
10of land and may sign said leases or other agreement in accordance with provisions of said 
11Chapter 65.
