Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 8G of chapter 26 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 2Official Edition, is hereby amended, in the first paragraph, by striking the words “division of 3insurance” and inserting the following words in place thereof:- ”division of professional 4licensure”. 5 SECTION 2. Section 8G of chapter 26 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby 6amended, in the first paragraph, by striking the words “commissioner of insurance” and inserting 7the following words in place thereof:- ”director of the division of professional licensure”.
