The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act relative to soldiers' home eligibility for certain national guard members. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 1 of Chapter 115A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official 2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “section two,” the following words:- 3 “or (c) any person who meets the requirements of the Massachusetts National Guard state 4retired list, as defined in section 31 of chapter 33, notwithstanding any general law or special law 5to the contrary”
