An Act relative to the Wareham town charter.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Section 3-9 of the Town of
2Wareham’s charter, as last amended by Chapter 435 of the Acts of 2022, is hereby rescinded.
