An Act An Act to provide for the continuance of the town of Hingham's senior means-tested
property tax exemption.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 381 of the acts of 2020 is hereby repealed.
2 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect as of January 15, 2024.
