Cutler for legislation to establish a sick leave bank for Tiffany Brennan, an employee of the Trial Court of the Commonwealth. The Judiciary. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Tiffany Brennan, an employee of the Trial Court of the Commonwealth. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Trial Court 2shall establish a sick leave bank for Tiffany Brennan, an employee of the Trial Court. Any 3employee of the Massachusetts Trial Court may voluntarily contribute one or more sick, 4personal, or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Tiffany Brennan. If Tiffany Brennan 5terminates employment with the Trial Court or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, any 6remaining time in the sick leave bank shall be transferred to the Trial Court-paid leave bank. 7Sick leave bank days shall not be used for absences unrelated to the illness or disability that 8necessitated the establishment of the sick leave bank as determined by the Massachusetts Trial 9Court.
