Adam Gomez for legislation to clarify the child advocate’s authority to access juvenile records; 
(accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1069) of Michael O. Moore for legislation to extend the civil 
statute of limitations for child abuse; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1108) of Rebecca L.
