An Act relative to amending the provision of health insurance and other benefits in the town of
Carver.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION1. Section 3 of Chapter 178 of the Acts of 2016 is hereby amended by striking
2out the words “50 percent” and replacing them with the words “75 percent.”
3 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
