The committee on Senate Ways and Means to whom was referred the Senate Bill to
establish the Massachusetts National Guard Museum in Salem (Senate, No. 2335), - reports,
recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft with the
same title (Senate, No. 2996).

An Act to establish the Massachusetts National Guard Museum in Salem.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 33 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
2 Section 140. There shall be a Massachusetts National Guard museum in the city of
3Salem, the birthplace of the national guard pursuant to section 60 of chapter 2; provided, that
4said museum shall be the official military museum for the commonwealth.
