An Act relative to the definition of farming.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1A of Chapter 128 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amending by
2inserting, at the end of said section, the following:-
3 This section shall not apply to the raising of dogs for breeding, the raising or keeping of
4dogs for other commercial use, or to the commercial grooming of dogs.
