An Act relative to the Underground Storage Tank Petroleum Cleanup Fund Administrative
Review Board.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1: Section 8 of Chapter 21J of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby
2amended by striking out the words “Massachusetts Petroleum Council” and inserting in place
3thereof the words “American Petroleum Institute or its successor”
4 SECTION 2: Said section is further amended by inserting after the words “New England
5Convenience Store and Energy Marketers Association, Inc.” the words “or its successor”
6 SECTION 3: Said section is further amended by inserting after the words “New England
7Service Station and Automotive Repair Association” the words “or its successor”
