An Act relative to equal opportunity for craft cooperatives.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 20 of 
2chapter 55 of the acts of 2017, is hereby amended in the definition of “craft marijuana cultivator 
3cooperative” by striking out the words “to marijuana establishments but not to consumers” and 
4inserting in place thereof the following words: “to those entities or individuals authorized by law 
5or regulation to receive such deliveries.”
