Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Subsection (a) of section 10 of chapter 21N of the General Laws, as so appearing, is 2hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following words:- Upon the adoption of the 3state plan, all certificates, licenses, permits, authorizations, grants, financial obligations, projects, 4actions and approvals for any proposed projects, uses or activities in and by a state agency or 5state authority shall be consistent, to the maximum extent practicable, with the plan.
