An Act relative to rodeos.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 128 is hereby amended by inserting, after section 2B, a new section:-
2 Section 2B1/2. Rodeos
3 Rodeos shall comply with the rules, regulations, standards, and practices established by 
4the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association. For the purposes of this section, “rodeo” shall be 
5defined as “a competition or exhibition in which individuals compete by or showcase skills 
6associated with traditional cowboy activities, including but not limited to bull riding, bronc 
7riding, bareback bronc riding, steer wrestling, calf roping, and team roping, and include the use 
8of animals, including but not limited to bulls, steers, calves, broncs, and horses”.
