An Act relative to starter homes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 40R of the General Laws, as most recently amended
2by section 42 of chapter 358 of the acts of 2020, is hereby amended by in the first sentence of the
3first paragraph by striking out the words:– or starter home zoning district.
4 SECTION 2. Section 10 of chapter 40R of the General Laws, as most recently amended
5by section 43 of chapter 358 of the acts of 2020, is hereby amended in the third sentence in the
6second paragraph by striking out the words:– or starter home zoning district.
