The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act relative to jury duty parking fees. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 27A of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection: -- 3 j) Citizens who are summoned for jury sessions shall have parking fees, not to exceed 4$50 per day, reimbursed by the district court.
