An Act relative to the definition of attempted murder.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 16 of Chapter 265 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the 
2following after the word “poisoning,” in line 1:-
3 “stabbing,”
