An Act reducing impervious surfaces.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 81Q of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022
2Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 32, by inserting after the word “construction” the
3following word:- , reconstruction.
