An Act clarifying certain civil rights restrictions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended by striking in section
216 subsection (f) the words, “July 20, 2016”, and inserting in place thereof the following:-
3“August 1, 2024”
