An Act relative to firearms features.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 16 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by
2deleting subsection 121(a)(v) from the definition of “Assault-style firearm.”
3 SECTION 2. Section 16 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by
4striking subsection 121(b)(iv) from the definition of “Assault-style firearm.”
