An Act relative to neglecting to yield to a crossing guard or traffic officer.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 25 of chapter 90 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "any police officer," in line 3,
3the following:-
4 "crossing guard or traffic officer"
