An Act relative to SNAP benefits for seniors and disabled individuals..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 2 of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is 
2hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
3 (E) The department shall make a minimum payment of $100 per month to individuals 
4over 60 years of age and individuals with a disability who participate in the supplemental 
5nutrition assistance program.
