An Act establishing job permanency for MADOC instructors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 “Any provisional Industrial Instructor in the Department of Correction will be eligible 
2and be made permanent within their current job title after twelve months of employment within 
3said department.”
4
