An Act relative to private school land use.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, shall be
2amended by adding at the end a new section: -
3 “Section 24: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, out of state
4educational entity with property use in Massachusetts shall meet with local land use authorities
5to negotiate a Payment In Lieu Of Tax (PILOT) settlement.”
