Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Chapter 64A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby 2amended by inserting, after section 7A, the following section:-- 3 “Section 7B. The sale of fuel to a city or town which having consumed the same for any 4municipal purpose shall be exempt from the excise established by this chapter.”
