An Act relative to vehicle excise tax.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 60A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 13, the figure “90%” and inserting in
3place thereof the following figure:- 95%.
4 SECTION 2. Said section 1 of said chapter 60A, as so appearing, is hereby further
5amended by striking out, in line 14, the figure “60%” and inserting in place thereof the following
6figure:- 70%.
7 SECTION 3. Said section 1of said chapter 60A, as so appearing, is hereby further
8amended by striking out, in line 15, the figure “40%” and inserting in place thereof the following
9figure:- 45%.
