An Act relative to bicycle safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 13 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “vehicle”, in line 68, the
3following words:- “a bicycle, skateboard, or any additional mode of transportation.”
4 SECTION 2. Section 13 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by
5inserting after the word “headphones”, in line 68, the following words:- “on public roadways or
6sidewalks.”
7 SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
