An Act exempting veterans disability payments as income when they are applying for other 
Commonwealth services..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, veterans benefits payments 
2shall not be considered income for the purpose of determining eligibility for other services 
3provided by the Commonwealth.
