An Act to adjust the airplane fuel taxes to support mode shift.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 64A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 103, the figure “7½” and inserting in
3place thereof the following figure:- 7¾.
4 SECTION 2. Said section 1 of said chapter 64A, as so appearing, is hereby further
5amended by striking out, in line 106, the figure “10” and inserting in place thereof the following
6figure:- 30.
7 SECTION 3. Section 1 of chapter 64J of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby
8amended by striking out, in line 36, the word “five” and inserting in place thereof the following
9figure:- 5.5.
10 SECTION 4. Said section 1 of said chapter 64J, as so appearing, is hereby further
11amended by striking out, in line 39, the word “five” and inserting in place thereof the following
12figure:- 15.
