An Act relative to telemarketer disclosures.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 23 of chapter 68 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition,
2is hereby amended by inserting after the word “purposes”, in line 6, the following words:- ,
3including the percentage share of the contribution raised by the solicitation that will be received
4by the charitable organization.
