An Act relative to the residency requirement for the town manager of the town of Tewksbury.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 5A of the charter of the town of Tewksbury, which is on file in the 
2office of the archivist of the commonwealth as provided in section 12 of chapter 43B of the 
3General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out, in the third sentence, the words “ten mile” and 
4inserting in place thereof the following:- “fifty-mile”.
5 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
